Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Some orders may incur delays of more than 2 days(e.g., custom, built to order, backordered, etc.). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email ASAP.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer free shipping on all orders and no minimums.
All orders currently ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS standard ground with estimated transit times of 3-5 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment To P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
AusBoss Performance, LLC ships to addresses within the contiguous U.S.(lower 48). We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
Damages:
AusBoss Performance, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
